A large-scale project for the reconstruction and construction of a unique facility in Tbilisi. The project included reconstruction of the existing building with replacement of all structural elements, construction of a new building and installation of modern elevators. We implemented a full range of external and internal engineering systems, including the creation of a media facade, which became a bright accent of the architectural appearance of the building.

Finishing and decoration were carried out according to the author’s project, using high quality materials and furniture from Italy and China. The building has 5-star hotel rooms, restaurants, bars, VIP lounges, providing guests with maximum comfort and luxury. Special attention was paid to the development and coordination of the facade of the building, made in the style of the bridge, designed by the famous Italian architect Michele De Lucchi, for which our team specially traveled to Italy. The final stage of the project was the landscaping of the territory, which allowed to create a harmonious and attractive space around the object.
