Our company has successfully realized the project of reconstruction of the entertainment complex “New York”, located in the historical building of the hotel “Pekin” in Moscow. The work included complete replacement of engineering systems and adaptation of the American design developed by SOSH architectural company to Russian construction norms. We finished and decorated the Elite level interiors using high quality materials and furniture specially delivered from Italy.

The project included the creation of VIP floor, restaurants, bars, fully equipped kitchens, as well as hotel rooms meeting the highest standards. Special attention was paid to preserving the historical and architectural heritage of the building, which required the implementation of many quality solutions to integrate the modern interior with historical elements. We achieved a harmonious combination of modern design and respect for the architectural heritage, making the complex a unique object of its kind.
