Our company has successfully completed a large-scale reconstruction of an existing building, including intermediate floors and facade insulation in the project. A special feature of the project was the creation of the largest media facade in Europe at that time, with an area of more than 800 sq.m., which is visible even from airplanes. We also organized entrance groups, parking lots and installed modern elevators, providing complete replacement of internal engineering systems, connection of new capacities and installation of transformer substation and generators.

Finishing and decoration were carried out according to the author’s project using equipment and furniture from Italy and Turkey. The building accommodated a nightclub, restaurant, bars, kitchen of 350 square meters, VIP-halls and a stage with professional light and sound. The collaboration with renowned Moscow restaurateurs, nightclub operators, and the distinguished architectural bureau ARCHPOINT brought invaluable expertise and innovative solutions. This synergy allowed us to create a one-of-a-kind space where every detail, from exclusive chandeliers to cutting-edge design elements, reflects the high level and status of the facility.
