Successful project of reconstruction of Shangri La entertainment complex, located in the historical building of the former Nikolaevsky Railway Station in St. Petersburg, protected by the state. The project covered an area of 8000 sq.m. and included installation of modern elevators and implementation of all engineering systems necessary to ensure a high level of comfort. Finishing and decoration were carried out according to the author’s project, which emphasized the uniqueness and status of the object. Furniture and equipment specially delivered from Italy were used in the project, which added luxury and elegance to the interiors.
The complex includes 5-star hotel rooms, three restaurants, VIP-halls and a night club, which provides guests with maximum convenience and exclusive conditions for recreation. This project became an example of successful integration of modern technologies into the historical architecture, while preserving the unique spirit of the building.
