In Kyiv, Ukraine, at the Fairmont Grand Hotel, we executed the design and construction of the Shangri La Casino, a 1600 sq.m. area, which became a shining example of successful work under time constraints. The project was realized in an ultra-compressed timeframe in an existing 5-star hotel, which required special attention to detail and coordination at every stage.

One of the key challenges was the retention and integration of existing interior elements, such as luxurious chandeliers and mirrored surfaces, which became an integral part of the overall design concept. State-of-the-art engineering systems were installed, while the finishing and decorating was done with the high status of the hotel in mind. The result is an exclusive space that combines traditional elegance with cutting-edge technology, fully in line with Shangri La’s casino network standards.
